Open Day 2022 – Main Hall<\/p><\/div>\n

Our Open Days are now firmly established as friendly opportunities to see our club exhibition layouts in a less formal environment. This means we have more time to talk to our visitors, to explain details of our own modelling or to offer help with yours! We also have membership forms available……<\/p>\n

Our next open day will be a club open day in June.<\/p>\n

We run an\u00a0Open Day<\/a> each year, usually early November, that showcases the wide variety of scales and gauges in use by the club and its members.\u00a0 Other, gauge-specific Open Days are run at different times of the year as advertised in these pages.<\/p>\n

These events are not purely altruistic as they are intentionally set up to be more informal than our exhibition, with more time to talk to visitors. We have usually find that one or two people each year seem to like what they see enough to want to join the club. This brings new ideas to us and provides a useful source of like-minded enthusiasts for the new member.<\/p>\n

If you can’t manage these dates (or are keen to meet us before then), contact us to arrange to come on a Wednesday afternoon or evening, between 3 and 7, or just come along. We are always happy to welcome fellow enthusiasts to our regular club meetings and even offer a free tea & coffee.<\/p>\n

2017 – Second Hand Stall<\/p><\/div>\n

Our clubrooms are in the Wrecclesham Community Centre, Greenfield Road, Farnham GU9 8TJ<\/a> , about 35 minutes walk from the station. Click here for a map<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our last open day went particularly well, with 2 club layouts and 3 member’s layouts plus a club test track.<\/p>\n
