Club Room

We are now back in our home town of Farnham. After beginnings at the Farnham Maltings in 1974, and a couple of years at the Cambridge Military Hospital, Aldershot, we are now based at Wrecclesham Community Centre, Greenfield Road, Farnham, GU9 8TJ. (Click for map)

The new clubrooms have workbenches for about 12 people to work at the same time, a tea/coffee area for chatting, and storage for all our layouts in a connecting room. We have access to these rooms all the time. We hire the adjoining hall for Wednesday afternoons and evenings, giving us space to erect larger layouts and test tracks. We hire the same hall for occasional working weekends, and for our Open Days.

We have a considerable amount of equipment available for members to use, including pillar drill, small lathe, airbrush, spray booth, grit blaster, temperature controlled and resistance soldering stations, and hand tools.
