Getting to the Exhibition

Times and Prices. Saturday 10:00 to 17:00. Sunday 10:00 to 16:30. All on one level for easy disabled access. Adult £12.00, one child (5-15 years) admitted free with each adult, additional children £3 each. Show guide included in price. Payment by card or cash. Tickets on door only, no advance tickets.
Refreshments. Refreshments are provided by the Hart Lions charity and will be available from 9.30 both days. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available, but they do not provide vegan.
Car Parking. The building work at the school is complete but on site car parking is still limited. We will reserve parking spaces at the venue for Blue Badge holders and others with limited mobility. Other visitors should park in the (free) Lido car park, which is about 800 yards away. It has a height limit of 2 m, if your vehicle is higher you can park at the main site. There are signs to the Lido, there is a free shuttle bus between the Lido car park and Leisure Centre all day except for a lunch break between 12.45 and 13.30.
Please do not park in the nearby streets, as parking is limited and needed by residents.
FROM ALDERSHOT STATION
Note: the number 15 bus is now only every 30 minutes on Saturday, it is still hourly on Sunday. It stops in Tongham Road (Heron Wood Road stop) rather than Chestnut Avenue, but is about the same 5 minute walk.
The venue is about about 1.5 miles from the station and can be walked, or you can take bus 15 which runs every 30 minutes on Saturday (20, 50) and every hour on Sunday (50). There are also buses 3 and 16 which take you most of the way from the railway station departing from stop H (Arthur Street) in Victoria Road (opposite side to station) with about a 12 minute walk.
For bus 15 get on at stop J near the railway station. Get off at either “Tices Meadow, Heron Wood Road” stop (the bus goes along Tongham Road, stops, goes round the roundabout at the end then stops again). The second stop is about 50 yards closer to the exhibition. Take the right hand road off the roundabout to get to the exhibition, or follow signs.
On the return journey get on in Tongham Road and get off off at at Arthur Street, Stop H, 3 minutes walk from the station. The journey back is shorter and faster.
The bus is run by Stagecoach and is a circular route but the journey out is split across the out and back timetables so you can’t see a timetable showing the whole journey, it shows it stopping half way. Their journey planner does not understand this and gives different answers about the best route depending on how you query it, and never shows the best service out.
FROM A331/A323
From A323 exit of A331 follow the A323 about 300 metres towards Aldershot. Stay in left lane, and turn left at the traffic lights by the Sainsbury’s and Vauxhall car showroom into Farnham Road. Take the second left into Tongham Road. To get to the Lido car park follow the brown signs to the Lido. To get to the exhibition keep straight on along Tongham Road to the roundabout and take the second exit, still Tongham Road. Leisure centre entrance is on the right hand side after about 300 metres.
FROM ALDERSHOT
From Aldershot follow the A323 through Aldershot until you get to the junction with the A331 when you go all the way round the roundabout so you are heading back towards Aldershot on the A323, then follow the directions above.
