Farnham and District Model Railway Club (F&DMRC) meets every Wednesday from 3.00 pm to 10.00pm. Our clubroom is in Greenfield Road, Wrecclesham, Farnham, Surrey GU9 8TJ .
We have active groups in O, OO, P4 and N gauges, with our Weydon Road O gauge, Greenfield Sidings OO gauge, Brixcombe P4, and Basingstoke N gauge layouts already on the exhibition circuit. New smaller N and O gauge layouts are currently being worked on. Club members also have interests in other scales and prototypes including gauge 1, 009, 16mm, trams, and 2mm finescale.
The club also has test tracks for O, OO, P4 and N gauges which are used regularly. Many members enjoy using these facilities to run their models. We also run a programme of demonstrations, presentations and events throughout the year.
New members are always welcome no matter whether you are an experienced modeler or just starting. If you want to get involved in our club layouts and run your models why not come along one Wednesday and see what we do?
